We have a simple, yet powerful vision: to empower the next generation to be versed in business practices at an early age, and to help them understand the importance of running a business with integrity, service and impact.

YouthBiz is a non-profit youth mentoring organization in Pensacola, FL, committed to providing today’s youth with business training and mentorships to prepare them for business leadership. We provide education and mentorships that expose students to entrepreneurship, business literacy, and kickstart their potential impact on the world. Through the program, students will learn valuable and potentially life-changing business skills. In addition, students will be taught the workings of banking accounts, finances, and starting a business, just to name a few.

Through our Experience Program, students will get hands-on experience in what it takes to start and run their own business. This youth mentoring program is designed to provide students with age-appropriate content while teaching them valuable business skills. From concept and start-up all the way through production and distribution, graduates will be fully prepared to step out and know what it takes to own a business.
